Abstract

This research is aimed at: 1) To know the influence of learning courses on the level ofmaturity of teaching students of Islamic Education Study Programs UNISMA Bekasi. 2) Tofind out the impact of field work practices (PKL) on the degree of student maturity in the Islamic Studies Programs of Education Programs (UNISMA bekasi). 3) To know whetheror not there is a positive and significant influence between courses of learning skills and field work practice (PCL) on level of teacher maturity. This research uses a quantitative approach with correlation methods carried out at Islamic University 45 Bekasi. The research subject consists of 50 students. Data collectionfor course variables, learning skills, field work practices, and teaching maturity levels is done using questionnaires or lifts. Instrument testing involves validity and reliability testing, while data analysis is performed using double linear regression. The results of this study show that: 1) There is a positive and significant influence between the course of learning skills on the level of teaching maturity of PAI Army 2020 Islamic University 45 Bekasi students. 2) There is positive and meaningful influence amongthe practice of field work (PKL) on the rate of maturity teaching PAI army 2020 students Islamic university 45 Bekasi students. 3) There is a positive and significant influence between learning skills courses and field work practice (PKL) on the teaching maturity rate of PAI Army 2020 Islamic University 45 Bekasi students. This research supports and aligns with the previous hypothesis stating that there is an influence between the learningskills course and field practice on the teaching maturity level of PAI students from the 2020cohort at Universitas Islam 45 Bekasi.
