Abstract
Teenagers have a high level of curiosity due to being in a stage of identity crisis, and they are easily influenced by their peers. Low psychological well-being or other mental health issues in teenagers are related to the extent of demands placed on students, both at school and in their social environment. Psychological well-being is influenced by mindfulness, which helps a person stay aware of what is happening in the present moment. Psychological well-being is also influenced by resilience, which can enhance a person’s ability to handle adverse situations. This study aims to understand the relationship between mindfulness and resilience with psychological well-being at SMAI Teratai Putih Global Bekasi. This research uses a quantitative method with 169 respondents from SMAI Teratai Putih Global Bekasi. It employs cluster random sampling techniques and uses the following scales: Psychological Well Being Scale (PWBS) with a validity of 1.00 and reliability of 0.732, Mindful Attention Awareness Scale (MAAS) with a validity of 1.00 and reliability of 0.745, and Connor- Davidson Resilience Scale (CDRS) with a validity of 1.00 and reliability of 0.747. The results show a significant relationship between mindfulness and psychological well- being with a coefficient value of 0.329. There is also a significant relationship between resilience and psychological well-being with a coefficient value of 0.564. Additionally, mindfulness and resilience together account for 36.1% of the variance in psychological well-being. Keywords: Psychological Well-Being, Mindfulness, Resilience
