Abstract

The development of technology from time to time, many people use digital media to do many things, one of which is to advance their business in the Shopee Marketplace sector. There are many features it has, Shopee allows its users to buy and sell products quickly. One of the business actors who have utilized the power of online marketing media to expand their market reach, namely "Little Lovia", often publishes their work on the Shopee Application to attract clients and build a strong brand image. This study aims to determine the marketing communication strategy carried out by Little Lovia through the Shopee Application. The theory used in this study is Kotler's digital marketing theory which contains Cost / Transaction, Interactive, Incentive Program, and Site Design. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with the subject of the study being the Shopee account "Little Lovia". The results of the study show that the marketing communication strategy carried out by "Little Lovia" through Cost / Transaction is packaged well and attractively, then Interactive, Incentive Program, and Site Design appear. Therefore, a significant increase in sales and income obtained by "Little Lovia" was achieved.
