Abstract
This study aims to examine the various diagnoses of special needs children, the implementation of inclusive Islamic learning, and the challenges faced by teachers at SD Shibghah Akhlak Quran. The research method used is qualitative with a phenomenological approach. The primary data sources are the principal, vice-principal, teachers, class guardians, and students, supplemented by relevant literature reviews such as books or journals on the research topic. The data obtained were analyzed using Miles and Huberman's interactive model analysis technique, which consists of three main components: data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate that the diagnoses of special needs children at SD Shibghah Akhlak Quran include autism, dyslexia, and ADHD, each requiring specific approaches in communication, learning, and engagement. The implementation of the Islamic learning model involves identifying student needs through teacher and specialist collaboration, using tailored teaching methods, and designing a curriculum that accommodates various learning styles. Challenges include issues with material access, adapting teaching materials, and the need for adequate teacher training.
