Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of training and work environment on employee performance. The number of employees is 35. For data analysis using statistical tests with the Statistical Product and Service Solution 25 (SPSS) program and using quantitative descriptive methods. The results of statistical research tests show that the anova results (F test) with a sig. 0.000 < 0.05, then the value of the training and work environment variables together influence the dependent variable of employee performance. These results show that the t count is 2.238 and the t table is 2.036 with n=35 and df=n-k (35-3=32). Therefore 2.238 > 2.036 and the sig value. 0.032 > 0.05, so it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that training has a significant effect on employee performance. The relationship between training and employee performance is positive. And this shows the calculated t result is 4.856 and the t table is 2.036 with n=35 and df=n-k (35-3=32). Therefore 4.856 > 2.036 and the sig value. 0.000 < 0.05, it can be concluded that the work environment has a significant effect on employee performance.
