Abstract
This study aims to examine the influence of competence, discipline, and motivation on employee performance at CV. Mustika Jaya Las. The research method used in this study is a quantitative approach, which explains the causal relationship between variables. The population of this study is all employees of CV. Mustika Jaya Las. The sampling technique used is non -probability sampling or census sampling. Therefore, the sample used in this study consisted of 56 people. The results of this study show that competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at CV. Mustika Jaya Las. Discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at CV. Mustika Jaya Las. Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at CV. Mustika Jaya Las. This explains that by increasing competence, discipline, and motivation, employee performance will continue to increase.
