Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine and analyze the influence of perceived organizational support and organizational culture on employee engagement in Setu District office employees, Bekasi Regency. The method used in this research is a quantitative descriptive method. The sampling technique used was a non-probability sampling technique and used a purposive sampling method, namely 39 ASN employees of the Setu District Office, Bekasi Regency. The results of the research show that perceived organizational support partially has no significant effect on employee engagement in Setu District office employees, Bekasi Regency with a significance level of 0.316 > 0.05, and for t count 1.016 < 2.028. Then, organizational culture partially has a significant effect on employee engagement in Setu District office employees, Bekasi Regency with a regression coefficient value for organizational culture with a significance level of 00.018 < 0.05 and 2.474 > 2.028.
