IMPLEMENTASI KEBIJAKAN SMART GOVERNANCE DALAM MENINGKATKAN PELAYANAN PUBLIK DI KOTA BEKASI (studi Kasus di Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu) Arsi Nilawati Universitas Islam “45” Bekasi Arsinilawati01@gmail.com ABSTRACT Smart Governance or smart governance is very important for the development of government in Indonesia. With Smart Governance, governance with the concept of smart government will run effectively and efficiently. Especially in the Bekasi City Investment and One-Stop Integrated Services Service, whether the services provided by this department are running effectively or not. The aim of this research is to analyze the implementation of Smart Governance in Bekasi City and analyze public perceptions regarding the implementation of Smart Governance in Bekasi City. This research uses a constructivist paradigm with qualitative research methods accompanied by a case study research approach. The data collection techniques are observation, in-depth interviews, documentation, and taking informants using purposive sampling techniques. Data analysis techniques are data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. The research results show that the implementation of Smart Governance in Improving Public Services in Bekasi City has gone well. The implementation of smart governance needs to involve the community in a participatory manner which can be done in various ways so that the government can find out the voice of the community and the problems that occur in the community itself. As well as creating an application called SILAT (Integrated Service System) which really helps the public in applying for permits at the Bekasi City DPMTSP.
