Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an influence between digital literacy, financial literacy and value added tax literacy on consumer behavior. The research method used in this research is quantitative using primary data. The place for this research is a university located in Bekasi Regency. The data used is primary data with data search techniques, namely distributing questionnaires online through the Kudata.id student survey platform. The sampling technique in this study was by using purposive sampling and accidental sampling with a total of 98 respondents. The data that has been collected is then processed using the IBM SPSS Statistics 25 computer program. Based on the test results, the Digital Literacy Variable has a significant positive effect on consumer behavior, the Financial Literacy Variable has a significant positive effect on consumer behavior and the VAT Literacy Variable has no effect on consumer behavior. For further research it is expected to add other independent variables outside of the variables that have been used in this study.
