Abstract

Before having the halal certification, Mixue's consumer spending interest had experienced a decline. The aim of this study was to determine the effect of Halal Certification and Halal Awareness on the decision to purchase Mixue Products among Muslim Students at the Islamic University "45" Bekasi. The research method used is a quantitative descriptive method. The population of this study were students of Islamic University "45" Bekasi, totaling 7568 students. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique so that the research sample totaled 100 respondents. Data collection techniques were carried out by interviewing and distributing questionnaires through the Google form. For data analysis using statistical tests and calculations using multiple regression analysis which is calculated using SPSS version 25.0. Based on the answers to the questionnaires that have been processed by SPSS, the results of this study indicate that halal certification and halal awareness have an influence on the decision to purchase Mixue ice cream products among Muslim students at the Islamic University "45" Bekasi.
