Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of Transformational Leadership on Organizational Citizenship Behavior through Organizational Commitment as an intervening variable at PT Suryakabel Cemerlang. The population in this study was all employees of PT Suryakabel Cemerlang, with the sampling technique using a saturated sample. The sample of this research is 120 respondents. The research method used in this study is quantitative. The data used is primary data with data search techniques, namely direct distribution of questionnaires by visiting PT Suryakabel Cemerlang. The data was processed using structural equation modeling (SEM) with the help of SmartPLS version 4.0.9.1. The results showed that Transformational Leadership had a significant influence on Organizational Commitment, with a T-statistic value of 51.989 > 1.96 and a P-value of 0.000 < 0.05. Then Organizational Commitment has a significant influence on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, with a T-statistic value of 6.289 and a P-value of 0.000 < 0.05. Furthermore, Transformational Leadership has a significant influence on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, with a T-statistic value of 5.438 and a P-value of 0.000 < 0.05. Furthermore, Organizational Commitment is proven and significant as an intervening variable or can mediate Transformational Leadership on Organizational Citizenship Behavior with a T-statistic value of 6.169 and a P-value of 0.000 < 0.05 with a high mediation level of 0.219.
