Abstract

ABSTRACT Muthiara Izzatunnissa (41183403160103) The Influence of Taxes, Debt Convenant, Exchange Rates, and Multinationality on Transfer Pricing Decisions. xiv + 87 pages + 12 tables + 2023 + 13 attachment Keywords: Taxes, Debt Convenant, Exchange Rates, Multinationality, Transfer Pricing The purpose of this research is to find out whether Taxes, Debt Convenant, Exchange Rates, and Multinationality affect Transfer Pricing decisions. The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive and has secondary data types in the form of company financial reports. The sample collection method used was purposive sampling and 46 primary consumer companies (Consumer Non-Cyclicals) for the 2019-2021 period were obtained which would become the object of research. Hypothesis testing was carried out using multiple regression analysis using SPSS version 25 to test the effect between the dependent variable and the independent variable. The results of this study indicate that taxes, debt convenant, exchange rates, and multinationality do not affect transfer pricing. So with this, it is hoped that the next researcher can add other independent variables that are not used in this study.
