Abstract

Construction projects are inseparable from various factors that affect the implementation process, labor factors, materials, equipment, place characteristics, managerial, financial are factors that have the potential to affect the implementation of construction projects. The current COVID-19 pandemic condition in Indonesia and throughout the world is another factor affecting project completion throughout Indonesia and the world, so the idea arose to examine the dominant factors affecting the implementation of the Lampung Bay City Mall & Apartment Bandar Lampung project. during the Covid-19 pandemic. The methodology used in this study is quantitative research using a questionnaire, the questionnaire consists of 30 variables distributed to 50 staff and field implementers randomly at the Lampung Bay City Mall & Apartment project to be further processed using the Statistical Product and Service Solutions computer program. (SPSS). The analysis used in this study is factor analysis to determine the dominant factors that affect the implementation of the Lampung Bay City Bandar Lampung project development during the Covid-19 pandemic. The results of this study, from factor analysis, the factors that affect the implementation of the Lampung Bay City Mall & Apartment project development during the Covid-19 pandemic are divided into 6 factors, from the largest to the smallest factors. Factor 1 consists of X16 having a correlation value of 0.903, X1 having a correlation value of 0.865, X14 having a correlation value of 0.610. Factor 2 consists of X15 having a correlation value of 0.842, X28 having a correlation value of 0.717. Factor 3 consists of X3 having a correlation value of 0.489, X5 having a correlation value of 0.669, X6 having a correlation value of 0.769, X23 having a correlation value of 0.726. Factor 4 consists of X4 having a correlation value of 0.700, X11 having a correlation value of 0.682, X19 having a correlation value of 0.543. Factor 5 consists of X8 having a correlation value of 0.687, X17 having a correlation value of 0.591, X20 having a correlation value of 0.550, X22 having a correlation value of 0.680. And factor 6 consists of X7 has a correlation value of 0.700, X21 has a correlation value of 0.610. The dominant factor influencing the implementation of the Lampung Bay City Mall & Apartment Bandar Lampung project during the Covid-19 pandemic is Factor I: the availability of labor has a correlation value of 0.903, communication between consultants and contractors has a correlation value of 0.865, work accidents have a correlation value of 0.610.
