The Corona Virus-19 (COVID-19) pandemic has had a huge impact for the education sector worldwide. The emergence of a new normal in the world Education brings various challenges for educators, students, parents and other stakeholders in the academic environment. The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of Academic Adjustment and Resilience on School Welfare for students of SMK Cibitung 1, Bekasi Regency. This study uses a quantitative research design with techniques taking random sampling with a total of 67 people. Technique data collection using interviews and psychological scales, which are shaped likert scale. The results of the Cronchbach alpha reliability test on the academic adjustment scale r = 0.980, resilience scale r = 0.968, school welfare scale r = 0.977. Data analysis used is the person product moment correlation test and linear regression test double. The results of the correlation test of academic adjustment and school welfare are equal to 0.610 with a significance of 0.000 where ρ<0.05, then the H01 hypothesis is rejected and Ha1 is accepted, which means there is a significant relationship between academic with school welfare adjustments. Variable correlation test results resilience and school welfare of 0.768 with a significance of 0.000 where ρ> 0.05, then the hypothesis Ha2 is accepted and H02 is rejected, which means there is significant relationship between resilience and school welfare. Regression test multiple linear indicates that there is an influence between the Adjustment variables Academic and Resilience on School Welfare with an F count = 46,280. With a significant level of 0.000 <0.05, which means H03 is rejected and Ha3 is accepted or in other words there is a significant effect between Academic Adjustment and Resilience to School Welfare in Students Cibitung 1 Vocational School, Bekasi Regency.
