Abstract
This research aims to determine the self-resilience of broken home adolescents who are influenced by emotional management caused by family breakdown. This research is a quantitative study with a research design using correlation research and multiple linear regression. The research subjects were 470 broken home youth respondents in Bekasi City with population study techniques or the entire number of respondents used. Collecting data in this study using a psychological scale and interviews. The instruments used are the resilience scale, the emotional regulation scale and the religiosity scale. The instrument reliability test using the Cronbach Alpha formula yielded a ralpha value = 0.90 for the resilience scale, a ralpha value = 0.786 for the emotional regulation scale and a ralpha value = 0.879 for the religiosity scale. Data analysis in this study used the Rank Spearman correlation technique and Multiple Linear Regression Tests to test the hypothesis. The results of the study between the variables of quality of work life and perceptions of organizational support for work engagement, showed an F value of 4,932 with a significance of 0.000 (p <0.05). This means that emotional regulation and religiosity simultaneously have a significant influence on work engagement. The coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.16, meaning that emotion regulation and religiosity have a 16% effect on resilience and the remaining 84% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.
