Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of motivation and organizational commitment on turnover intention at PT Cipta Mandiri Wirasakti. The research method used is descriptive with a quantitative approach. The data used is primary data which is done by distributing questionnaires. Analysis using multiple linear regression with SPSS 23.0 software. The research sample is 147 respondents, using random sampling method. The results of this study indicate that the motivational variable has no significant effect on the turnover intention variable. Meanwhile, the organizational commitment variable has no influence on the turnover intention variable. As for the results of the simultaneous testing, the results of the motivation variable and organizational commitment variable have an influence on the turnover intention variable.
