Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between leadership and work motivation on job satisfaction at the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of Bekasi Regency. This research uses quantitative research methods. The results of the research are in the form of multiple correlation coefficient values of 0.000 which indicate that leadership and work motivation are significantly related and have a perfect correlation relationship to job satisfaction. In the Kendall Tau correlation, the leadership and job satisfaction variables have a sig. (2-tailed) value of 0.004 and a correlation coefficient value of 0.375, which means that there is an adequate and significant leadership relationship to the job satisfaction variable. In the Kendall Tau correlation, the variables of work motivation and job satisfaction output correlation sig.(2-tailed) value of 0.000 and the correlation coefficient value of 0.455 which can be concluded that work motivation has a strong and significant relationship to job satisfaction. The results of the coefficient of determination show that the interpretation of the coefficient is 0.814 and the R square value is 0.663 meaning that leadership and work motivation on job satisfaction together have an influence of 66.3%, while the remaining is 33.7% (100% - 66.3%) influenced by other factors. ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja Badan pegawai Pusat Statistik (BPS) Kabupaten Bekasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif . Hasil penelitian berupa nilai koefisien korelasi berganda sebesar 0,000 yang menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpin dan motivasi kerja berhubungan signifikan dan memiliki hubungan korelasi sempurna terhadap kepuasan kerja. Pada korelasi Kendall Tau variabel kepemimpinan dan kepuasan kerja nilai sig.(2-tailed) sebesar 0,004 dan nilai correlation coefficient sebesar 0,375 yang artinya terdapat hubungan kepemimpinan yang cukup dan signifikan terhadap variabel kepuasan kerja. Pada korelasi Kendall Tau variabel motivasi kerja dan kepuasan kerja output correlation nilai sig.(2-tailed) sebesar 0,000 dan nilai correlation coefficient sebesar 0,455 yang dapat disimpulkan bahwa motivasi kerja memiliki hubungan yang kuat dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Hasil koefisien determinasi menunjukkan interpertasi koefisiennya adalah 0,814 dan nilai R square sebesar 0,663 berarti kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja secara bersama-sama mempunyai pengaruh sebesar 66,3%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 33,7% (100% - 66,3%) dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain.
