Abstract
ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership and work motivation on the performance of employees of PT Cipta Visi Sejahtera. The population in this study are employees at PT Cipta Visi Sejahtera. The research method used in this research is a quantitative descriptive method. The data used were obtained from questionnaires and sampling of 40 respondents. For data analysis using statistical tests and multiple regression analysis calculations calculated using the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) program. F test results (simultaneously) obtained that leadership and motivation together have a significant effect on employee performance. This result is evidenced by F count = 8.029 with sig = 0.001. The partial test results show that the leadership regression coefficient (β1) is 2.982 with a significance of 0.005 and the motivational regression coefficient (β2) is 3.792 with a significance level of 0.001. So it can be stated that partially leadership and motivation have a positive effect on employee performance. The value of the coefficient of determination (adjusted R square = kd) 0.365 indicates that the effect of leadership and motivation on performance is 0.365 or 36.5%, while the remaining 63.5% (100- 36.5%) is influenced by other factors that are not careful in this research.
