Abstract

The research objective was to examine whether technological factors, organizational factors, environmental factors, demographic factors and financial literacy can influence e-commerce adoption decisions for MSMEs, technological factors, organizational factors, environmental factors, demographic factors, financial literacy and e-commerce adoption that carried out by MSMEs can influence MSME financial inclusion, and technological factors, organizational factors, environmental factors, demographic factors, and financial literacy can influence MSME financial inclusion through e-commerce adoption. The method used is quantitative research because the data used is primary data. The quantitative approach is the science and art related to the procedures (methods) of data collection, analysis and interpretation of the results of the analysis to obtain information for drawing conclusions and making decisions. The sample was selected using a nonprobability sampling technique with a total of 100 MSME respondents in Bekasi City. Data was measured using a Likert scale and analyzed using process techniques using the SmartPLS 3.0 program. Overall, the results of this study indicate that 1) There is no influence of technological factors on e-commerce adoption, 2) There is an influence of organizational factors on e-commerce adoption, 3) There is an influence of environmental factors on e-commerce adoption, 4) There is no influence demographic factors on e-commerce adoption, 5) There is an influence of financial literacy on e-commerce adoption, 6) There is no influence of technological factors on financial inclusion, 7) There is an influence of organizational factors on financial inclusion, 8) There is no influence of environmental factors on inclusion financial inclusion, 9) There is no influence of demographic factors on financial inclusion, 10) There is an effect of financial literacy on financial inclusion, 11) There is an effect of e-commerce adoption on MSME financial inclusion, 12) There is no influence between technology factors on MSME financial inclusion and adoption e-commerce as a mediating variable, 13) There is an influence between organizational factors on MSME financial inclusion with e-commerce adoption as a mediating variable, 14) There is an influence between environmental factors on MSME financial inclusion with e-commerce adoption as a mediating variable, 15) No there is an influence between demographic factors on MSME financial inclusion with e-commerce adoption as a mediating variable, 16) There is an influence between financial literacy on MSME financial inclusion with e-commerce adoption as a mediating variable.
