Abstract

The submission was carried out with analysis from the QC team and analyzed the product using statistical tools in the form of pareto diagrams, p-charts and fishbone. This research uses qualitative analysis. Secondary data are obtained from the associated company. To support secondary data, primary data is needed through observation and direct interviews with production staff. In the human factor caused by employees who do not comply with the company's operational standards and the presence of new employees in the production department, damage occurs due to the absence of training. Then it is caused by material factors where the glue raw material depends on weather factors that can cause the glue to become liquid or frozen. And the engine factor is due to engine damage and lack of routine maintenance. Where the dominant factor is caused in humans.
