Abstract

The quality of public services in Indonesia has not evenly implemented adequate e-government, where these services should be able to provide fast, efficient, fast, accurate and effective services. The application of e-government in the government environment has been mandated through Presidential Instruction No.3/2003 which regulates the obligations for government agencies in developing e-government. This study uses Duncan's theory which suggests that a measure of effectiveness in a program consists of the following three basic aspects: a. Achievement of objectives; b. Integration; and c Adaptation. The research method used is quantitative, with a sample of 43 website users by probability sampling, and interviews with officers from the Bekasi Regency Population and Civil Registry Service. The results showed that the implementation of the Disdukcapil sitepak website service was still experiencing obstacles. Meanwhile, the test results using SPSS showed that there was a significant influence from Sitepak Website Service Effectiveness (X) with the Bekasi Regency Disdukcapil Service Performance variable (Y) with a magnitude of 55%.
