Abstract

ABSTRACT Maria Ulfah (41183402170149) The Influence of Job Satisfaction and Work Discipline on Turnover Intention of PT Gasindo Jaya Pratama Employees xiii+96 pages+23 tables+1 diagram+2 graphs+15 attachments Keywords: Job Satisfaction, Work Discipline, Turnover Intention The research objective was to determine the effect of job satisfaction and work discipline on turnover intention of PT Gasindo Jaya Pratama employees. This research uses quantitative methods. The sample used was 41 people, the data collection technique was by conducting interviews, observation, and distributing questionnaires. For data analysis using statistical tests and calculations using multiple linear regression analysis which is calculated using the Statistical Product and Service Solution 25 (SPSS 25) program. Based on the results of data processing, the multiple linear regression equation is Y = 29.105 - 0.192 X1 - 0.315 X2 meaning that each variable X1 and X2 has a negative value to Y for the R square value of 0.468 which means 46.8% job satisfaction and work discipline affect turnover intention in employees of PT Gasindo Jaya Pratama and the remaining 53.2% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. Based on the results of the analysis of the F hypothesis test (Anova), obtained F count 16.730 > F table (3.24) with a sig (significance) = 0.000 smaller than the standard error set at 0.05, then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. This shows simultaneously that there is a significant influence between the variables of job satisfaction and work discipline variables on the turnover intention of employees of PT Gasindo Jaya Pratama. If viewed separately from the results of the t test, the job satisfaction variable (X1) is obtained with a significant 0.014 <0.05, while the work discipline variable (X2) also has a significant effect on employee turnover intention with sig 0.000 <0.05.
