Abstract
The diverse cultural diversity of Indonesia has been successfully integrated into a tourism video work, "Wonderland Indonesia," by Allfy REV (ft. Novia Bachmid), in which several cultural signs, ranging from traditional clothes, traditional dances, traditional musical instruments, and traditional houses, are shown in one video. Indonesia's natural wealth is also illustrated by the beauty of the sea and the variety of flora and fauna typical of an area. Indonesian culture, which has the uniqueness and attractiveness of various myths, is one of the attractions for foreign tourists to come here. The curiosity of people from other countries about the history or myths of a culture can be used as a tourist destination. The purpose of this research is to find out how the symbolic signs used in the tourism video "Wonderland Indonesia" by Allfy REV (ft. Novia Bachmid) present Indonesian culture. This study uses Roland Barthes' semiotic analysis. Every cultural sign displayed in every scene has a key that describes how beautiful the culture is. This study focuses on examining every meaning of the symbolic signs contained in videos that have been processed to depict a myth or a typical cultural situation of a region, with the goal of revitalizing tourism culture in an area of Indonesia.
