Abstract

ABSTRAK Universitas Islam “45” Bekasi Program Studi Ilmu Komunikasi Fakultas Komunikasi, Sastra dan Bahasa 2022 Vira Mumtaza / 41182037180107 Optimisme Pemerintah Di Tengah Pandemi Covid-19 Di bawah bimbingan Ibu Winda Primasari, S.Hum., M,Si 218 halaman skripsi, 14 halaman romawi, 7 daftar tabel, 33 daftar gambar, dan 33 lembar lampiran Penelitian yang berjudul Optimisme Pemerintah Di tengah Pandemi Covid-19 bertujuan untuk melihat bagaimana pemberitaan yang meliput kegiatan masyarakat di tengah pandemi Covid-19 yang dibingkai oleh website Covid19.go.id pada rubrik Aksi Masyarakat. Teori yang digunakan oleh penulis pada penelitian ini adalah analisis framing Zhongdang Pan dan Gerald M. Kosicki dengan metode penelitiannya adalah metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pemberitan aksi-aksi masyarakat untuk mengajak patuh akan protokol kesehatan yang tetapkan oleh pemerintah, lalu terdapatnya ketidaksesuain antara foto pendukung denga isi berita dan terdapat tiga tema besar yakni kepedulian, aksi sosial serta edukasi dan sosialisasi. Selain itu website Covid19.go.id dalam berita menggambarkan kegiatan positif yang dilakukan masyarakat yang nyatanya cukup signifikan berbeda dengan realita mengenai apa yang terjadi ditengah masyarakat. Rekomendasi pada penelitian ini adalah menambahkan wawancara terhadap media terkait agar dapat lebih mudah dalam mengelola informasi untuk dapat menyelesaikan tugas akhirnya dengan baik. Kunci: Covid-19, Media Online, Pemerintah, analisis Framing ABSTRACT Islamic University "45" Bekasi Communication Science Study Program Facultyof Communication, Literature and Language 2022 Vira Mumtaza / 41182037180107 Government Optimism In The Midst Of Covid-19 Pandemic Under the guidance of Mrs. Winda Primasari, S.Hum., M,Si 218 thesis pages, 14 roman pages, 7 tables, 33 image lists, and 33 attachment sheet The research entitled Government Optimism in the midst of the Covid-19 Pandemic aims to see how the news covering community activities in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic framed by the Covid19.go.id website in the Community Action rubric. The theory used by the authors in this study is the framing analysis of Zhongdang Pan and Gerald M. Kosicki with metode of his research is a descriptive qualitative research method. The results showed that the community's actions were given to invite compliance with the health protocols set by the government, then there was a discrepancy between the supporting photos and the content of the news and there were three big themes, namely concern, social action and education and socialization. In addition, the website Covid19.go.id in the news describes positive activities carried out by the community which in fact are quite significantly different from the reality of what happens in the middle of society. The recommendation in this study is to add interviews to related media so that it can be easier to manage information to be able to complete the final task well.
