Abstract
This research departs from the high number of divorce cases during the COVID-19 pandemic, especially in Bekasi City. This has caused the Bekasi City Religious Court to apply the Online Session Queue System innovation to provide a solution to the increasing number of divorce cases which resulted in crowds of people attending the divorce trial. This study aims to determine how the application of the Online Session Queue System innovation at the Bekasi City Religious Court. In addition, it will discuss the obstacles and efforts in the innovation of the Online Session Queue System. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The results of this study indicate that the Online Session Queue System innovation is able to provide benefits, be a solution to problems that occur both for the community and employees of the Bekasi City Religious Court and is a sustainable innovation. However, there are obstacles in the innovation, namely internal barriers and external barriers. Internal constraints are related to network constraints, limited human resources and budget. Meanwhile, external obstacles relate to public misunderstanding of the Online Session Queue System and delays in screenshots of queue numbers.
