Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of extravertion and employee engagement on the organizational citizenship behavior. This study uses a qualitative method with a correlational design and this study uses a simple random sampling. The data collection method used is psychological scale of extravertion, employee engagement, organizational citizenship behavior using a modified Likert scale. The result of the spearman rank correlation found that extravertion and employee engagement had a significant relationship with organizational citizenship behavior. This study also found that extravertion and employee engagement simultaneously have an influence on organizational citizenship behavior.. Extravertion and employee engagement variable contributed to the organizational citizenship behavior of 69,3% while 30,7% was influenced by other variables not examined in this research. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepribadian extraversion dan employee engagement terhadap organizational citizenship behavior. Penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian korelasional ini menggunakan simple random sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan skala psikologi, kepribadian extraversion, employee engagement, dan organizational citizenship behavior dengan skala likert yang dimodifikasi. Berdasarkan hasil korelasi Rank Spearman ditemukan bahwa ada hubungan signifikan antara kepribadian extraversion dengan organizational citizenship behavior, ada hubungan signifikan antara employee engagement dengan organizational citizenship behavior, serta ada pengaruh signifikan secara bersama-sama kepribadian extraversion dan employee engagement terhadap organizational citizenship behavior. Kepribadian extraversion dan employee engagement memberikan sumbangan pengaruh terhadap organizational citizenship behavior sebesar 69,3% sedangkan 30,7% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.
