Abstract

The Influence of Motivation, Work Discipline and Work Environment on Employee Performance at Ditraco Bangun Sarana Internasional xiv+ 141 pages + 19 tables + 2 charts + 4 charts +10 appendices Keywords: Motivation, Work Discipline, Work Environment, Employee Performance The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of motivation, work discipline and work environment on employee performance at PT Ditraco Bangun Sarana Internasional. The population in this study are employees who work at PT Ditraco Bangun Sarana Internasional. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method. The data used were obtained from questionnaires and sampling to 133 respondents. for data analysis using statistical tests and calculations using multiple regression analysis which is calculated using the Statistic Product and Service Solution (SPSS) 25.0 program. Based on the results of the research that has been done, it simultaneously shows that motivation, work discipline and work environment have a significant effect on employee performance. While partially shows that the variables of motivation, work discipline and work environment have a significant effect on performance.
