Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence the work stress of Madrasah Aliyah PINK 03 teachers during the pandemic. The research sample used was 21 people, data collection techniques were carried out by means of observation, interviews, and distributing questionnaires. Based on the results of the analysis of the F test (Anova), obtained Fcount (5.901)> Ftable (2.85) and with a significant level of 0.003 <0.05, it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that the variables of working conditions, uncertainty, organizational aspects , role conflict, and new technology simultaneously have a significant and significant effect on the work stress of the Madrasah Aliyah PINK 03 teacher during the pandemic. The results of the t test show that there are two influential and significant factors, namely the factor of working conditions with sig. 0.045<0.005 and new technology factor with sig. 0.008<0.005, three other factors that are not significant and have no effect are Uncertainty (sig. 0.648>0.005), Organizational Aspects (sig. 0.290>0.005), and Role Conflict (sig. 0.982>0.005).
