Abstract

Nur Ali Al Ayubi, 41182191220120 :"The Influence of Target Training on 7-Meter Throws for Handball Athletes in Bekasi City." Thesis, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Islamic University of 45 Bekasi. This study aims to examine the influence of the target training method on the 7-meter throw performance of handball athletes in Bekasi City. The research method employed in this study is the experimental method. The research was conducted at the Islamic University of 45 Bekasi, with the population consisting of 32 handball athletes from Bekasi City. For the sampling technique, purposive sampling was used based on specific characteristics and criteria, resulting in a sample of 16 individuals.For data analysis, the author utilized normality tests, homogeneity tests, and the significant t-test. Based on the research results, it was found that the significance value of the pre-test and post-test was, which is smaller than 0.05. The conclusion of this study is that there is a significant influence of target training on the 7-meter throw of handball athletes in Bekasi City. Keywords: training, target, 7-meter throw, handball
