Abstract
Abstrak Peningkatan intensitas banjir di kawasan Perumahan Royal Rajeg Residence, Kabupaten Tangerang, dan disebabkan oleh tingginya curah hujan, kondisi topografi dataran rendah, dan kurang optimalnya sistem drainase. Ketinggian genangan air mencapai ±1,5 meter pada banjir tahun 2025 hal ini perlu adanya solusi teknis yang efektif, yaitu pembuatan sumur resapan dan menganalisa banjir, menentukan dimensi, jumlah, dan kapasitas sumur resapan yang dibutuhkan untuk mengurangi debit banjir akibat limpasan air hujan. Tujuannya adalah untuk mengatasi banjir, pada intensitas hujan yang tinggi dan sebagai referensi pada sistem pengendalian banjir berbasis sumur resapan pada kawasan perumahan. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis hidrologi dengan data curah hujan 10 tahun terakhir (2015–2024). Menggunakan distribusi Log Pearson Type III, intensitas hujan dengan metode Mononobe, dengan mempertimbangkan debit limpasan serta volume andil banjir dan Perencanaan sumur resapan mengacu pada SNI 03-2453-2002. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan sumur resapan mampu mengurangi debit banjir secara signifikan dengan analisis kala ulang 10 tahun, pada luas area ±25.000 m² dengan jumlah 160 unit rumah, diperlukan sebanyak 147 unit sumur resapan dengan dimensi diameter 1 meter dan kedalaman 3 meter untuk mampu menampung volume limpasan air hujan secara efektif. Kata kunci: debit banjir, sumur resapan Abstract The increasing intensity of flooding in the Royal Rajeg Residence housing area, Tangerang Regency, is caused by high rainfall, lowland topographic conditions, and an inadequate drainage system. Floodwater levels reached approximately ±1.5 meters during the 2025 flood event, indicating the need for an effective technical solution through the construction of infiltration wells. This study analyzes flooding conditions and determines the dimensions, quantity, and capacity of infiltration wells required to reduce flood discharge caused by rainwater runoff. The objective of this study is to mitigate flooding during high rainfall intensity and to serve as a reference for infiltration well-based flood control systems in residential areas. The method used in this study is hydrological analysis based on rainfall data from the last 10 years (2015–2024). The analysis employs the Log Pearson Type III distribution, rainfall intensity calculation using the Mononobe method, while considering runoff discharge and flood contribution volume. The infiltration well design refers to SNI 03-2453-2002. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of infiltration wells can significantly reduce flood discharge under a 10-year return period analysis. For an area of approximately ±25,000 m² with 160 housing units, a total of 147 infiltration wells are required, each with a diameter of 1 meter and a depth of 3 meters, to effectively accommodate rainwater runoff volume.
