Abstract
ABSTRACT Sephia Putri Anggraini Aswad. 41182911210087 “THE IMPACT OF THE AL-QUR'AN TADARUS PROGRAM ON SOCIAL PROBLEMS IN THE COMMUNITY AT THE AL-GHUFRAN MOSQUE IN NORTH BEKASI” Thesis, Bekasi: Department of Islamic Education, “45” Islamic University of Bekasi 2025. This study examines the impact of the Qur'anic tadarus program on community social cohesion. The formulation of the problem is how the effect of tadarus activities on social relations and what are the supporting and inhibiting factors. The purpose of the study is to analyze the effectiveness of the tadarus program in strengthening social solidarity. The results showed: First, tadarus congregation is able to strengthen social ties through routine interactions and shared values. Second, this activity creates a space for dialogue that unites various layers of society. Third, the consistent implementation of the tadarus program is proven to reduce the potential for conflict and increase tolerance. The main findings of this study reveal that the Qur'anic tadarus not only impacts on spiritual aspects, but also plays an important role in building community social capital. This program is an effective medium for strengthening the value of togetherness in a pluralistic society. This research proves that scripture-based religious activities can be a means of strengthening social cohesion.
