Abstract
This study aims to identify and analyze the strategies of the Village Government in infrastructure development in Tambun Village, Tambun Selatan District, Bekasi Regency. Village infrastructure development plays an important role in improving community welfare and supporting social and economic activities. This research employs a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach and a constructivist paradigm. Data collection techniques include literature study and field study through observation, interviews, and documentation. Informants were selected using purposive sampling, involving the Village Head, village officials, the Village Consultative Body (BPD), and community members. The results indicate that the strategy of the Tambun Village Government in infrastructure development is implemented through participatory planning involving the community, phased utilization of village funds, and coordination between the village government and village institutions. Infrastructure development focuses on improving neighborhood roads, drainage systems, and public facilities. However, several obstacles were identified during implementation, such as geographical conditions, and suboptimal community participation in certain development activities. Overall, the village government’s efforts have had a positive impact on improving infrastructure quality and public services in the village.
