Abstract

Sheila Syakilah. 41182911170091. The Relationship between The Provision Of Compensation with The Teaching Performance Of Teachers in MAN 1 Bekasi City. Program Study Islamic Religious Education. “45” Islamic University Bekasi. Year 1443 H/2022 M. This studi aims to determine the relationship between the provision of compensation with the teaching performance of teachers, how much the contribution of compensation to the teaching performance of teachers, and whether it has signifiance or not. The research method used is quantitative research with a correlation approach. As for data collection using a questionnaire distributed online via google forms. And for data analysis using simple linier regression. Data analysis was carried out using the SPSS Version 25 program. Form the result of this study the following conclusions can be drawn: the normality test from the statistical test result that the value is 0,166 > 0,05 (data is normally distributed). Furthermorethe homogeneity value is seen from the signifiance value of 0,219 > 0,05, which means that the data is homogeneous. As for the correlation value rxy = 0,731 with a t count value 6,778 > t table (1,684). While the value of the coefficient of determination or the magnitude of the influence of variable X on variable Y is 53,5% so it can be interpreted that the provision of compensation contributed 53,5% to the teaching performance of teachers at MAN 1 Bekasi City. From the result of this study, researches can conclude that the result of the Pearson correlation analysis show that there is a positive and significant relationship between the provision of compensation and the teaching performance of teachers at MAN 1 Bekasi City. This means that the hypothesis that the researcher proposes is accepted. Keywords: Compensation, Teaching Performance.
