This study aims to describe the implementation of digital media in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning and its role in improving students’ understanding at SMPIT Al-Fursan Bekasi. The digital media used in this study include instructional videos and PowerPoint presentations (PPT). This research employed a qualitative descriptive approach. The research subjects consisted of five PAI teachers and twenty-four students from grades VII, VIII, and IX selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, and analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model. The findings indicate that digital media have been implemented with varying levels of intensity among teachers. The use of videos and PPT helps deliver material in a more structured and engaging manner. Furthermore, digital media contribute to improving students’ focus and understanding of PAI material. Therefore, the implementation of digital media plays a role in enhancing students’ understanding, while still considering the characteristics of the material and learning conditions.
