Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of recruitment, motivation, and training on employee performance at PT Presisi Cileungsi Makmur. The population in this study was all employees of PT Presisi Cileungsi Makmur. The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling with saturated sampling. The sample size was 72 respondents. The research method used was descriptive quantitative. The data used were primary data collected through direct questionnaires distributed to respondents. The data were processed using SEM–PLS with the assistance of SmartPLS software version 4.1.1.5. The results showed that recruitment had a significant positive effect on employee performance with a path coefficient of 0.336 and a p-value of 0.000. The motivation variable had a significant positive effect on employee performance with a path coefficient of 0.523 and a p-value of 0.000. Meanwhile, the training variable also had a significant positive effect on employee performance with a path coefficient of 0.152 and a p-value of 0.040.
