Abstract
This research is motivated by the problem of organic waste which is quite high. Therefore, there needs to be an effective solution to manage organic waste in an environmentally friendly and sustainable way. One effort that can be done is bioconversion using maggots or Black Soldier Fly (BSF). This study aims to determine the BSF maggot cultivation effort at the Joglo Larva Center, and to determine the feasibility of the BSF maggot cultivation effort at the Joglo Larva Center. The data collection methods used in this study were observation and interviews. Data analysis techniques in this study are business analysis including costs, revenues, income, break-even point and business feasibility analysis including BC Ratio, NPV, IRR, PP The results of the study indicate that the total investment cost is IDR 18.175.000,00 the total cost is IDR 79.319.860,00 including fixed costs of IDR 74.920.000,00 and variable costs of IDR 4.399.860,00 The income from is IDR 84.761.000,00 The profit is IDR 5.441.140,00 per year. Multi-product BEP is IDR 78.846.558,62 per year. B/C ratio is 0,07. NPV using CSR is IDR 2.322.920,00 NPV without CSR is IDR -15.853.080,00 IRR using CSR is 16,74%. IRR without CSR is -79,51%.. Thus, it is concluded that the BSF maggot cultivation business carried out by Joglo Larva Center is not feasible if it does not use CSR. Keywords: organic waste, maggots BSF, business analysis
