Abstract

Ali Suhud, NPM : 41182191180034, Development of Game-Based Short Distance Running Training Model. Thesis. Department of Physical Education. Faculty of Teacher Training and Education. Islamic University "45" Bekasi. The research objective to be achieved in this study is to develop a game-based short-distance running training model in order to make it easier for teachers, coaches, or instructors to apply short-distance running lessons in a variety of ways. Based on the results of the validity of the three experts on the feasibility of the game-based short-distance running training model, the following assessments were made: (a) Game expert with a score of 97.5% in the appropriate category, (b) Expert in the training program with a score of 85% in the appropriate category, (c) Expert athletics in short distance running with a score of 87.5% with a decent category. Overall the validity level of this exercise model has a validity level of 90% (Fair). These results can be interpreted that the development of the game-based short-distance running training model deserves to be continued considering that this development research has not yet reached the product trial stage due to the pandemic that hit Indonesia so that the Government issued a policy of limiting outdoor activities.
