Abstract
THE RELATIONSHIP OF STUDENTS' PERCEPTIONS ABOUT TEACHER CREATIVITY AND PARENTING ACTIVITIES WITH THE MOTIVATION OF LEARNING ISLAMIC RELIGIOUS EDUCATION (Survey of SDITs in Cluster 3 of North Tambun, Bekasi) Sri Supriatin Islamic University “45” Bekasi ABSTRACT The aims of this study were to: explain the relationship between students' perceptions of teacher creativity and parenting activities with student learning motivation, in PAI subjects at SDIT in Cluster 3 Tambun Utara, Bekasi. This research was carried out for two months from May 2022 to July 2022 which consisted of four stages, namely the preparation stage, the implementation stage, the data processing stage, and the conclusion stage. The type of research used in this research is quantitative associative research. The method used is a survey method with a correlation design. The population in this study were SDIT students in Cluster 3 North Tambun, Bekasi. Especially high grade students, namely grades 4 and 5. The sample in this study used cluster random sampling, which was carried out on students in grade 4 and grade 5, which were 154 students. The results showed that: The multiple correlation coefficient significance test was obtained that the multiple correlation coefficient (Ry.12) = 49.723, and p-value = 0.000 <0.05 or H0 was rejected. Thus, the multiple correlation coefficient between X1 and X2 with Y is significant. While the coefficient of determination is shown by R Square = 0.397 which means that 39.7% of the learning motivation variable (Y) can be explained by students' perceptions of teacher creativity (X1) and parenting activity dimensions (X2) so that it can be concluded that there is a joint relationship between the same as learning motivation of 39.7%. The conclusion of the study shows that there is a positive and significant relationship between students' perceptions of teacher creativity and parenting activities and students' PAI learning motivation. This means that to increase students' PAI learning motivation, the creativity of teachers and the role of parents in the learning process must also be increased. The higher the student's perception of the teacher's creativity and parenting activities, the higher the student's learning motivation.
