Abstract
The purpose of this research is to determine the extent of the implementation of the method and the most dominant factors that hinder the implementation of Simple, Neat, Clean, Maintain, Diligent based on interviews and research, as well as the strategies that can be used to implement Simple, Neat, Clean, Maintain, Diligent at PT Bakrie Autoparts. The methods used in this research are the average difference test, time efficiency calculation, and Fishbone Diagram. The use of these three methods is based on their alignment with the research problem formulation. The average difference test is used to determine employee participation in the implementation of Simple, Neat, Clean, Maintain, Diligent, the time efficiency calculation is used to verify the time efficiency that has been applied, and the Fishbone method is used to identify the most dominant factors hindering the implementation of Simple, Neat, Clean, Maintain, Diligent. Based on these findings, appropriate strategies can then be determined for implementing Simple, Neat, Clean, Maintain, Diligent at PT Bakrie Autoparts. Based on the research results, there is a problem with delays in retrieving archived documents, which falls under the Simple, Neat, Clean, Maintain, Diligent issues. According to the data processing results from the questionnaire using the average difference test method, there was an increase in employee participation after the implementation and socialization of this approach. The statistical test results show that the calculated t-value (t-hit) is 4.006, which is greater than the table t-value (t-table) of 2.30600, with a significance value of 0.025 and a degree of freedom of 8.
