Abstract

Wildan Hidayat 41182191200097: "The Effect of Target Training on the Shooting Results of the U-13 Bintang Mandiri Football School" Thesis of the Physical Education Study Program, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Islamic University "45" Bekasi. This study aims to determine the effect of target training on the shooting results of Bintang Mandiri U 13 Football School. The research method used in this study is an experiment with a one-group pretest-posttest design. The population used in this study was the participants of the U13 Bintang Mandiri Football School with the purposive sampling method, the results were obtained with a total of 18 students at the Bintang Mandiri U13 Football School. Based on the value of the data obtained results, the average result of the pretest was 10.16 and the posttest result was 14.22 and the difference in test results was 4.0. The results of this study show that there is a significant influence of target training on the shooting results of Bintang Mandiri Football School u 13 Shown through the results of the t test < 0.05.
