Abstract

Green open space (RTH) is part of the open spaces of an urban area which is filled with plants, plants and vegetation to support the direct and indirect benefits produced by green open space in the city, namely security, comfort, prosperity and beauty of the urban area. the. Green open space, apart from being a place for carrying out community activities aimed at saving benefits, especially in urban areas which are characterized by areas that are not agricultural and forestry like in rural areas. This research aims to analyze how Bekasi City Regional Regulation No.11 of 2018 is implemented regarding Environmental Protection and Management Planning in Bekasi City (Green Open Space / RTH). This research uses the theory of policy implementation from Van Meter and Van Horn which states that there are 6 variables that influence policy implementation, namely standards and objectives, resources, characteristics of implementing organizations, communication between organizations and strengthening activities, attitudes of implementers, economic conditions. , social and political. This research uses qualitative research methods, using a descriptive analysis approach. From the research results, it can be concluded that the implementation of Bekasi City Regional Regulation Number 11 of 2018 concerning green open spaces has not reached the target that has been legalized through the Bekasi City Regional Regulation and the general public's lack of knowledge about the existence of green open spaces, this arises due to a lack of socialization of related services to the community.
