Abstract

Human resources (SDI) are the most important thing in sharia banking, they are the driving force of the company. Without human resources, a company will not run as expected. This research aims to determine the impact analysis of changes in HR management on BRIS after the merger into BSI. In this case, the object of research in Islamic banks is developing the quality of human resources. The research method used is qualitative. The data obtained in this research was obtained from direct interviews with the Branch Operation & Service Manager and Micro Relationship Manager Team Leader at BSI Bank as a data collection technique.
