Abstract
EVALUATION OF THE SCHOOL LITERACY MOVEMENT PROGRAM AT SMP NEGERI 2 SERANG BARU, BEKASI DISTRICT Ari Isnaeni Islamic Education Management Masters Study Program isnaeniari99@gmail.com This study aims to determine the Evaluation of the School Literacy Movement Program at SMP Negeri 2 Serang Baru in terms of CIPP (context, input, process, product.) This research is an evaluative research using a qualitative approach and this research uses the CIPP model, which is an evaluation model that uses a management-oriented approach or is referred to as a form of program evaluation (evaluation in program management). "The CIPP model rests on the view that the most important goal of program evaluation is not to prove (to prove), but to improve (to improve). The results of the research show that Context Evaluation, this context aspect is identifying the implementation objectives, program background, and school profiles. it can be concluded that most of them have met the criteria needed to carry out the implementation of this literacy program at SMPN 2 Serang Baru. Input Evaluation, Input Aspects, namely identifying the availability of resources, students, literacy movement procedures/policies, literacy movement infrastructure, and learning media, the result is that there is availability that is quite good in supporting the GLS Program at SMPN 2 Serang Baru. Process Evaluation, Implementation (process) is an activity to realize plans into concrete actions as a strategy in order to achieve goals. Based on the data previously described regarding the implementation of the evaluation of the literacy program process at SMPN 2 Serang Baru, it has met the needs and this is also shown from the results of interviews and observations. measure the achievement of the goals that have been set. Evaluation of results forms conclusions and helps decision making. SMPN 2 Serang Baru as a whole, the researchers' assessment of the Context, Input and Process aspects showed that the implementation of the School Literacy Movement (GLS) program was achieved.
