Abstract

This study aims to determine the soundness level of the Islamic Business Unit and to forecast the financial performance of the Islamic Business Unit so that it can encourage spin off. The type of research used is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The sample used in this study is Bank Sinarmas Syariah and the type of data used is secondary data obtained by collecting financial report data from OJK published reports with data management based on RGEC financial ratio analysis. Based on the results of a health analysis using the REC ratio (NPF, FDR, ROA, NOM, and CAR) in 2016-2022 it shows that Bank Sinarmas Syariah has a healthy financial performance. Furthermore, to test financial performance forecasting using trend analysis, it can be concluded that Bank Sinarmas Syariah allows it to do sospin offin accordance with PJOK provisions number 59/POJK.03/2020.
