Abstract
ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of pressure reducing system (PRS) machine maintenance on PRS Machine Productivity at PT Indonesia Pelita Pratama. Machine maintenance used as a variable in this study is Preventive Maintenance and Corrective Maintenance, this study uses saturated sampling where the entire population becomes a research sample of 32 people. Data analysis using statistical tests and calculations using multiple regression with the Statistical Product and Service Solutions 23 program. Based on the results of data analysis, it shows that machine maintenance is proven to have a positive effect on the productivity of pressure reducing system machines. Preventive maintenance variables are proven to have a significant positive effect on machine productivity, and corrective maintenance is proven to have a significant positive effect on machine productivity. ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Pemeliharaan mesin pressure reducing system (PRS) terhadap Produktivitas Mesin PRS pada PT Indonesia Pelita Pratama. Pemeliharaan mesin yang digunakan sebagai variabel dalam penelitian ini yaitu Preventive Maintenance dan Corrective Maintenance, penelitian ini menggunakan sampling jenuh dimana seluruh populasi menjadi sampel penelitian yang berjumlah 32 orang. Analisis data menggunakan uji statistik dan perhitungan menggunakan regresi berganda dengan program Statistical Product and Service Solutions 23. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa pemeliharaan mesin terbukti berpengaruh positif terhadap produktivitas mesin pressure reducing system. Variabel preventive maintenance terbukti berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap produktivitas mesin, dan corrective maintenance terbukti berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap produktivitas mesin.
