Abstract

ABSTRAK Dampak pandemi Covid-19 begitu cepat menyebar dengan luas serta mengakibatkan ketidakstabilan di berbagai bidang salah satunya ketidakstabilan dalam pembangunan berkelanjutan (Sustainable Development Goals). Tak dapat dipungkiri bahwa Indonesia menjadi salah satu negara yang sudah menyetujui penerapan tujuan pembangunan berkelanjutan (Sustainable Development Goals). Pada penelitian ini, peneliti memutuskan untuk melakukan sebuah penelitian pada instansi pemerintah sekaligus lembaga tinggi Kementerian Luar Negeri Republik Indonesia melalui analisis pelaksanaan RENSTRA (Rencana Strategis) Direktorat Keamanan Diplomatik dalam memperkuat kelembagaan yang tangguh sebagai tujuan pembangunan berkelanjutan. Metode penelitian yang dipergunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan menggunakan paradigma konstruktivisme serta pendekatan interpretatif. Teknik perolehan data berupa studi literatur, observasi, dan wawancara mendalam. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan rencana strategis yang dilaksanakan dan disusun oleh Direktorat Keamanan Diplomatik memiliki hasil yang selalu melebihi target yang direncanakan berdasarkan capaian yang telah diselesaikan. Rencana strategis selanjutnya Menyusun dan merencanakan RENSTRA sesuai dengan kebutuhan serta sesuai dengan kondisi objektif yang terjadi dilapangan agar memiliki hasil yang dapat berfungsi sesuai dengan target. Kata Kunci : Rencana Strategis, Pembangunan Berkelanjutan, Kelembagaan Yang Tangguh ABSTRACT The impact of the Covid-19 pandemic spread so quickly and widely and resulted in instability in various fields, one of which is instability in sustainable development (Sustainable Development Goals). It is undeniable that Indonesia is one of the countries that has agreed to implement the Sustainable Development Goals. In this study, the researcher decided to conduct a study on government agencies as well as high institutions of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republzic of Indonesia through an analysis of the influence of RENSTRA (Strategic Plan) in strengthening resilient institutions as a goal of sustainable development. The research method used is a qualitative method with the use of constructivism paradigm with an interpretive approach. Data collection techniques include literature studies, observations, and in-depth interviews. The results of this study indicate that the strategic plans implemented and compiled by the Directorate of Diplomatic Security have results that always exceed the planned targets based on the achievements that have been completed. And for the next strategic plan, formulate and plan a RENSTRA according to the needs and in accordance with the objective conditions that really occur in order to have results that can function according to the target.
