Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of company size, tax avoidance, and profitability on company value with dividend policy. This type of research is quantitative research using secondary data sourced from financial statements. The analysis method used consists of classical assumption test, regression analysis and MRA hypothesis test with SPSS data processing application version 25. Sample selection using purposive sampling technique. The number of samples was 52 samples which were financial statements of 13 companies in the Consumer Non-Cyclicals sector Based on the results of the research conducted, company size does not have a significant effect on company value, tax avoidance does not have a significant effect on company value, profitability does not have a significant effect on company value, dividend policy is not able to moderate the relationship of company size to company value, dividend policy is not able to moderate the relationship of tax avoidance to company value, and dividend policy is not able to moderate the relationship of profitability to company value.
