Abstract
Vibration is common when a machine or tool is run by a motor. The light vehicle transmission testing machine is a machine made to test the transmission of the light vehicle Toyota Kijang GL 40 with a 1 phase electric motor drive, 1,1 kw, 1400 rpm with a power of 1.5 Hp as a transferor from electrical energy to the transmission to rotate the transmission shaft. The clutch is one of the machine elements that functions to transmit rotation and power from the drive shaft to the driven shaft where the axes of the two shafts lie in a straight line or can deviate slightly. wanted to do a clutch vibration analysis on a light vehicle transmission testing machine to look for a type of clutch that has low vibration. With variations of 3 types of couplings including: Belt clutch, Grid clutch and Bus clutch at speeds of 350 rpm, 640 rpm, and 895 rpm using a vibrator meter vibration meter. And find out the noise that occurs from variations in the clutch with the disable dba (dba) measuring tool. The test results will be presented in the form of tables and diagrams along with information so that in the future this test analysis is useful for minimizing vibrations that occur in machinery and the machine can be used optimally.
