REVIEW OF ISLAMIC LAW REGARDING THE PRACTICES OF SIRRI MARRIAGE GUARDIAN SERVICES IN BEKASI (Study on Sirri Marriage Guardian Service Practices on Website ustadz.my.id/jasa-nikah-siri-bekasi), Ahwal Study Program Al Shakhshiyyah. Islamic University "45" Bekasi. (1445 Hijri / 2023 AD). This study aims to analyze the practice of marriage guardian services in unregistered marriages that develop in society through social media. Among the practices of marriage guardian service providers are on the page ustadz.my.id/jasanikah-siri-bekasi) in which there are various services related to sirri marriage. This research is a research that uses qualitative methods that are centered on empirical research types, using the Socio Legal Research approach, which is a social science methodological approach in a broad sense. As can be seen in the case of the Marriage Guardian in the Sirri Marriage Services. Data collection techniques in this study were carried out in two stages, namely observation and documentation. The results of this study state that the practice of marriage guardians in sirri marriages on the web page at ustadz.my.id/jasa-nikah-siri-bekasi is not allowed in fortifying Islamic law because there is an element of gharar or relationship. This gharar is the service of providing marriage guardians in sirri marriages which is not permissible from the point of view of Islamic law. This is in accordance with the Prophet Muhammad's prohibition regarding not buying and selling gharar. Keywords: Islamic Law, Guardian Services, Marriage Guardian, Sirri Marriage
