Abstract

Sergio Martin Joshua P. NPM: 41182191160073. Knowledge Level Survey on Sports Injury Prevention and First Aid for Futsal Extracurricular Trainers at SMPNs in Cakung District. Thesis. Penjaskesrek Department. Faculty of Teacher Training and Education. Islamic University "45" Bekasi. This study aims to determine the level of knowledge of futsal extracurricular coaches on the prevention and first aid for sports injuries at Public Junior High Schools in the Cakung District. Methodology This research uses descriptive research. The method used is a survey. Data collection techniques using a closed questionnaire. The population in this study were futsal extracurricular trainers at SMPN Cakung District, totaling 22 trainers from 12 schools, who were taken using a total sampling technique. The data analysis technique uses quantitative descriptive analysis which is presented in percentage form. The results showed that the level of knowledge of extracurricular futsal trainers on sports injury prevention and first aid at SMPN Cakung was in the category of "very poor" at 0%, "less" at 0%, "moderate" at 0%. This means that there are no trainers who have the ability, moderate, lacking and very lacking in sports injury prevention and first aid. Meanwhile, trainers were in the "very good" category at 36% (8 teachers), and "good" at 64% (14 teachers). This means that all futsal extracurricular trainers at SMPN throughout Cakung District have good knowledge of sports injury prevention and first aid. Thus it can be concluded that the level of knowledge of futsal extracurricular trainers on sports injury prevention and first aid at SMPN Cakung is in the "very good" category (with an average score of 127.77 or 81%).
